The NDS EZ Roll 4' x 24' grass paver is a sustainable alternative to asphalt and concrete, protecting the root zone and preventing soil compaction so healthy grass can thrive in high-traffic areas.

Each EZ4X24 roll covers 96 square feet and arrives pre-assembled for fast, easy roll-out on the job site. Made from 100% recycled plastic, the fused hexagonal cell design delivers a compressive strength of 57,890 psf empty — stronger and more durable than pavers built from linked circles or squares. The 4' wide rolls even un-hinge down the middle into two 2' strips, perfect for reinforcing tire tracks in a lawn with no cutting required.

Ideal for golf cart paths, driveways, overflow parking, emergency access lanes, and erosion control on slopes and swales, EZ Roll reduces stormwater runoff and the urban heat island effect while keeping a natural, grassy look. Made in the USA.

Need to Reinforce Tire Tracks in a Lawn?

The EZ4X24 & EZ4X150 grass paver rolls "un-hinge" down the middle of the 4' wide piece. This leaves you with (2) 2' wide strips which are perfect for reinforcing tire tracks in a lawn. No cutting required!

Recommended Applications

Golf cart paths, service roads, jogging tracks, bike paths, residential driveways, parking lots, overflow parking lots, roadway shoulders, emergency vehicle access roads, truck maintenance and equipment yards, and construction entrance soil stabilization.

In addition to these load applications, EZ Roll Grass Pavers are also an effective solution for erosion control on slopes and in swales.

Installation & Aggregate Base

A 4" – 6" aggregate base must be installed directly below the pavers (see illustration). The grass roots will grow into the aggregate (gravel) and anchor firmly. If an aggregate base isn't installed, a "cookie cutter" effect will take place and the pavers can sink into the soil.

A sandy loam fill allows water to filter through the base while supporting healthy root growth.

If an aggregate base isn't practical for your project, consider the TT-24 Grass Pavers, which feature a tapered bottom and can be placed directly over soil without sinking.
